He is the Managing Partner in the firm and he is in charge of our Commercial, Oil and Gas Department. He is well known in Legal Community as an Oil and Gas Law expert. Bamidele is a 1992 law graduate of the University of Ibadan; became a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1993; started his legal experience with the renowned law chambers of CHIEF AFE BABALOLA SAN & CO (1993) joined the Law firm of ADEGBOLA ADENIYI & CO from January, 1994 to February, 2000 when he joined ABIKE CHAMBERS as a PARTNER. The wisdom he has accumulated in his years of active law practice has immensely improved the fortunes of the firm since his joining the chambers as a Partner. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Ibadan Branch, and a member of Section on Energy and Natural Resources Law of the International Bar Association (SERL).

She is a Partner in the firm and oversees our Lagos office. She is in charge of Immigration and International Franchise Department. She successfully represented one of the country’s largest manufacturing company in a claim instituted by a foreign company for breach of contract. Motolani has attended several International and Local Conferences, Workshops and Seminars and has written and published several papers on her field of specialization. Motolani holds L.L.B. Degree from the University of Lagos (1988) and was enrolled to practice as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1989. Before joining ABIKE CHAMBERS on 17th July, 2004, she is the Principal Partner of Motolani Akinlusi and Company. She is a member of the International Bar Association and Assistant Legal Adviser of the Nigeria-International Franchise Association.

Olawunmi is result driven, diligent and intelligent. She has extensive experience in dealing with government and regulatory agencies located in the Oyo State, and maintains a good relationship with them. She is throughly committed to ensuring that client’s expectation is met. Since she joined the firm, Wunmi has been involved in several of the firm’s Solicitor’s work transaction.

He attended university of Ado-Ekiti for his Bachelor of laws degree (LLB) and graduated in 2005. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in May, 2007. Seun started his legal practice at S.B.AJAYI & CO (Theo nice Chambers) from 2008-2009. He thereafter worked at Wale F. Omotosho & Co (friendly chambers ).He joined the law in 2011 .His area of specialization is litigation and brief writing.

FEMI is ingenious, brilliant and possesses strong analytical skills. He is part of the firm’s Corporate Group and has worked on several mergers and acquisitions as well as insurance and securitization transactions. He brings great enthusiasm to bear on every task assigned to him and makes useful contributions toward achieving the group’s overall objectives.

Tolulope is highly motivated, hardworking and intelligent. Her erudition makes her rise consistently to the occasion and perform her responsibilities with a remarkable difference. Since she joined the firm in November, 2009, she has gathered extensive corporate and commercial Law experience. Ajayi Tolulope has a through and encyclopedic understanding of intricate legal issues in her chosen area of practice. She possesses the necessary means of delivering on any task assigned to her withy very minimal supervision.

Adepeju is result driven, diligent and intelligent. She has extensive experience in dealing with government and regulatory agencies located in the Oyo State, and maintains a good relationship with them. She is thoroughly committed to ensuring that client’s expectation is met. Since she joined the firm, Peju has been involved in several of the firm’s commercial transactions.

She holds BL Degree from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife, LLB from Nigerian Law School, Enugu and was called to the Nigerian Bar by the Body of Benchers in 2009 as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, She is a Member of Nigeria Bar Association, Ibadan Branch. She also holds Diploma in Computer in 1995 and worked with the firm of Oladipo Olasope & Co (Legal Practitioners & Consultants) as the Chambers Secretary from 1996 to 1998. She joined Abike Chambers (Legal Practitioners & Consultants) in December 2009 as Counsel. Her area of core competent is Corporate and Commercial law, Employee and Labour Law and Property & Conveyance Law. She is presently doing her LLM at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife.
